Wondering whether the machinery for a power plant in Chhattisgarh, stuck in Kasaraghat in Maharashtra for the past six months, has started moving again? Just when NTPC officials thought all clearances were in place and the massive 300-wheel trailer-truck could start moving the 300-tonne equipment up the ghats, a new problem has emerged.
