The body of the child, with ears, tongue, nose and fingers chopped, was found on Friday in Ghuran Bigha village in Aurangabad. The district borders Paswan’s constituency of Nawada, where the minister had met ojhas last November.
Aurangabad SP Ramulu Naik said Ramashrees Chauhan used to work in a brick kiln and suggested to the owner that a human sacrifice was necessary to ensure that the bricks bake properly.
