PANCHKULA, Oct 20: It has been decided that the lists of the identified old age pension beneficiaries, who were identified in February and March, 1999, be re-examined and the names of ineligible persons be deleted, for which lists/forms are being sent. This information was given by the DC S.K.Monga, here today. He said the CRO’s/Secy MC’s will decide the date of their visit in the area for this purpose. The CRO/Secy MC will be in charge of the team. This work is time bound and will be completed by October 24 this year so that the final lists are sent to the Director, Social Justice and Empowerment Department, Haryana, by October 25.

The beneficiary should be 60 years of age and should have a domicile of Haryana. For the rural areas, the land holdings of the applicant, his spouse and dependent children, taken together, should not exceed five acres of irrigated or 10 acres of un-irrigated land. The income of the applicant, his spouse and dependent children, from all sources taken together, should not exceed Rs 10,000 P.A. (in case of landless applicants only).
