CHENNAI, Mar 28: Tamil Nadu has become the first State in the country to launch a ‘donor card’ that allows one to donate one’s organs in the event of his death, in a regional language. The card was launched in English by MOHAN (Multi Organ Harvesting Aid Network) two years ago.
