CHENNAI, June 1: Dr Mohini Giri, Chairperson, National Commission for Women (NCW), has called for a separate employment exchange for women. Such a development would ensure that women would be able to get jobs more easily, as well as make it imperative for contractors to see to it that women were given special health benefits apart from meeting their basic needs.
