MUMBAI, NOV 2: Keeping his record of a reshuffle a day intact, Chief Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh today effected another reshuffle the second one in two days after the portfolios were announced on October 31. Now, Cabinet Minister Jaywant Awale would be handling the Nomadic Tribes and OBC Welfare portfolio.Earlier, the portfolio was allocated to both Awale and Vasant Chavan, senior NCP member in the State cabinet, an official release said here tonight. Cabinet Minister Anandrao Devkate (Congress) would look after Fisheries instead of Animal Husbandry which has been allocated to Makhram Pawar (RPI Ambedkar-BMS). Minister of State Mohan Patil has been allocated Kharland portfolio, the release said.
