PUNE, Jan 27: Inspectors V S Chougule, N P Pinto and R M Sayed from Pune are among the police personnel awarded police medal for meritorious service by the President on the occasion of the Republic Day. Fire station duty officer Ramesh Pathare has also received the President’s Medal. Chougule works with the vigilance branch. Sayed is with the CID (Crime) while Pinto works with the motor transport department.
