Gautam Gambhir was out for 31 and Virender Sehwag made just 1 as Delhi,replying to Gujarat’s 320,wobbled at 49 for four. But an unbroken fifth-wicket stand of 146 between Mithun Manhas (85*,195b,11×4,2×6) and Manan Sharma (59*,124b,9×4,1×6) brought the visitors back on track,helping them end Day Two at 195/4,125 behind the hosts.
Left-arm spinner Akshar Patel dismissed Unmukt Chand,Puneet Bisht and Gambhir as Delhi slipped from 21 for no loss to 49/4. Patel ended the day with figures of 3/24 in 27 overs.
Earlier,Delhi took only 14 overs to knock over the last three Gujarat wickets. Sumit Narwal finished with six wickets.
