Having played some of his best golf at this weeks WGC-Accenture Match Play Championship,Luke Donald regards Sundays final as one of the highpoints of his career. The 33-year-old Briton will face Germanys Martin Kaymer over 18 holes in the title match at Dove Mountain where he will be bidding for his third PGA Tour victory.

It will be a big day for me tomorrow for sure, but Im looking forward to it, Donald said after booking his place in the final with a 6&5 victory over American Matt Kuchar.

In terms of feeling pressure,Ive felt very relaxed for some reason, very much in control. When youre swinging well and in control, the nerves dont play so much of a part.

Asked whether Sundays final would be the biggest day of his career,he replied: Yes and no. Medinah, being tied for the lead with Tiger Woods, when he was number one in the world then and very dominant, that was a big moment for me.

Donald shared the 54-hole lead with Woods in the 2006 PGA Championship at Medinah before falling back into a tie for third after closing with a two-over 74.

Chicago-based Donald has not trailed in any of his five matches this week. Im playing well, the Englishman said. Ive been up in all my matches. Im feeling confident. So it is what it is. I cant change that. And Ill try and do what Ive been doing.

Should Donald win Sundays final,he would climb to a career-high third in the world rankings.
