An Indian-origin neurosurgeon accused of murdering two prostitutes has admitted to the manslaughter of one,who died after cocaine-fuelled sex sessions at his Sydney home.

Suresh Surendranath Nair,42,was charged with murdering Suellen Domingues-Zaupa,but the crown accepted his guilty plea to the less serious offence,News.com.au reported.

The crown also accepted his guilty plea to a charge of supplying cocaine to the other prostitute,Victoria McIntyre, over whom he originally faced a manslaughter charge.

Nair further admitted to supplying a prohibited drug in January, when he broke his bail conditions by being found with cocaine in the company of two naked escorts.
