Priyanka Gandhi-Vadra on Tuesday met 16 block presidents of Amethi Parliamentary constituency and took stock of the funds being spent on developmental work there. Party sources said it was a ‘‘routine meeting’’ with Priyanka, who has been overseeing developmental work undertaken in Amethi. Priyanka is also said to have asked the block chiefs to keep a watchful eye on the money being spent in the constituency and to see to it that the promised developmental work is being carried out.
