CHANDIGARH, Aug 20: The Chandigarh Petroleum Dealers Association have in a letter to the state level co-ordinator of oil companies alleged that the newly-opened Bharat Petroleum Corporation petrol pump in Sector 21 had been undercutting rates for petrol. The association has sought a formal investigation into the pricing policy.
