2 injured in Pune blast PUNE: Two persons were seriously hurt when a country bomb, hidden in an abandoned table lamp, exploded at Pimpri town near here on Sunday.The police said the lamp was found inside an Aurangabad-Pune state transport bus by the driver, who took it to the depot and asked his two electrician friends to test it. While the electricians were testing the lamp, it exploded injuring them, police added.Polio drive: Man shot deadNEW DELHI: One person was killed and three hurt in a shootout at a west Delhi hospital on Sunday morning when two private security guards opened fire on a group of people during the Pulse Polio drive at Guru Gobind Singh Hospital in Raghubir Nagar. The police claim that the guards opened fire after the victim, Sham Kawla, tried to enter the hospital premises from the rear and break the queue. A case of murder and rioting has been registered.
