Express launches 19th edition in Orissa

BHUBANESWAR: The Indian Express launched its 19th edition here on Friday. Releasing a special supplement of the newspaper at a function, State Governor Gopala Ramanujam said that the edition would “make the people of the State nationally conscious.”
