Rape cloud over Cristiano Ronaldo

Cristiano Ronaldo, Manchester United’s Portuguese superstar, has landed in the star sin ring, if reports are to be believed. The official website of the BBC claims that “the Portuguese international is being questioned about claims a woman was sexually assaulted at a central London hotel on October 2.”

Manchester United were “not commenting at the moment”, but the “suspicion of rape” grows steadily.

Reports weren’t clear, but the issue, but the website said that Scotland Yard had “confirmed” a man in his 20s was arrested. The arrest was after arrangement with a police station where he was asked to report.

“He was then arrested (or held back for questioning) by officers from the Metropolitan Police’s specialist Sapphire team” the website said.
