The Pakistani leadership kept its promise of not raking up Kashmir at the SAARC summit here, but the country’s Information Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmad harped on the issue on Monday. ‘‘The way leading to normalcy in Indo-Pak relations is passing through Kashmir,’’ he told a local television network while briefing on the outcome of Monday’s meeting between Prime Minister A.B. Vajpayee and President Pervez Musharraf. Rashid maintained that Kashmir and terrorism have figured in talks between the two. —(PTI)
