RCF edge past MS Police

In the Harwood League match played at the same venue, Rhino drew their match with All Parsees. Both the teams scored a goal each. A Division II league match today saw PSS take on MLW (Goregaon). MLWB took the lead in the first half with a goal by Gurudutt Pai. But PSS. not to be let down, fought back in the second half to score two goals. the equaliser came from Ceaser Fernandes while Eddie Cabral sealed the fate of MlW with the second goal for the winners.

Meanwhile, Anees Kanchan and Neil Alphonso helped Borivilians to get past Shishu Vikas, with a modest 2-0 margin, in the Chhatrapati Shivaji (Division 1) League match, being played at the St. Xavier’s Ground, Parel. Both the goals were scored in the first-half of the match.

In the inter-schools football tournament at Holy Family, Andheri, Jamnabhai Narsee `A’ scored 12 against a clueless Lokhandwala school in the under-14 section.
