NEW DELHI, OCT 17: The Rashtriya Loktantrik Morcha (RLM) today ruled out any alliance with the Congress or Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) for next month's Assembly elections in four states.Morcha spokesman Amar Singh told reporters here that the RLM, comprising the Samajwadi Party (SP), Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) and Rashtriya Janata Party (RJP), would field its candidates in Delhi, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan against the BJP.``We have decided to go it alone to defeat communal forces,'' he said, in reply to questions on why the morcha was on the one hand talking about support to the Congress for forming an alternative government at the Centre and on the other, not showing its keenness to tie up with the Congress in the forthcoming elections. He said the morcha would hold an election rally in Delhi on October 23 and announce its election strategy.Mulayam Singh Yadav (SP), Laloo Prasad Yadav (RJD) and Shankersinh Vaghela (RJP) would address the rally, he said.
