CHANDIGARH, Jan 27: The three-day annual Rose Festival would be held from February 26 to 28. This was decided at a high-level meeting of UT officials here today.
The festival, sources say, is being organised in February this year, instead of in March as was done last year, to enable the students to participate in it. The annual examinations in schools and colleges are scheduled for March.
