Hyderabad, Nov 8: Sachin Tendulkar and Rahul Dravid slammed majestic centuries and posted a world record stand for one-dayers as India amassed their highest ever total of 376 for two wickets in 50 overs in the second limited overs cricket tie against New Zealand here today.

The Indian skipper blasted an unbeaten 186 for his 24th one-day century to better teammate Saurav Ganguly’s Indian record of 183 and Rahul Dravid was all class and elegance in cracking a superb 153 for his personal best in a relentless run plunder at the Lal Bahadur Shastri stadium here.

The two registered a scintillating 331-run second wicket partnership to set a new world record for any wicket in the limited overs game, bettering the 318 set by Saurav Ganguly and Rahul Dravid against Sri Lanka in the World Cup in May this year.
