CHANDIGARH, July 24: The activists of Sarv Karamchari Sangh Haryana courted arrest here today. According to police sources, 110 persons were arrested.

The activists gathered at the Chandigarh Housing Board Chowk and raised slogans against the state government for not fulfilling their demands.

Addressing the gathering, asssociation’s state president Harinarayan Sharma, flayed the Bansi Lal government for declaring the strike illegal and putting the agitators behind bars.
