A member of the notorious Bindu Singh gang, Navlesh Dubey, who is believed to have been among the assailants who killed noted surgeon Dr N K Agarwal on Diwali night, was killed in a police encounter in Rajendra Nagar area here tonight, police said. Senior Superintendent of Police N Khan claimed that they fired when Dubey and his associate, who managed to escape, first fired at them.
