Sethu Issue: Don’t alter earlier affidavit, Centre urged

Workers of Dravidar Kazhakam (DK) staged a demonstration in Coimbatore, urging the Centre not to alter the earlier affidavit filed in the Supreme Court on Ram Sethu.

About 35 workers, holding party flags and placards, raised slogans in support of their demand that the Centre should not succumb to pressure from ‘communal forces’, and stall the Sethusamudram project, which, they said, would benefit Tamil Nadu economically.
