CHENNAI, July 3: Seven persons including the managing director of Elnet, Thiagaraja Chettiar have been chargesheeted by the CB-CID in the Elnet fraud case involving more than Rs 4 crore. The seven had been charged with conspiracy, cheating, forgery and criminal breach of trust. It has also been alleged that the accused misappropriated a total of Rs 10 crore by cheating the government and financial companies and also by using bogus bills.
