BANGALORE, NOV 6: Karnataka carved out an impressive seven-wicket victory over Kerala in the South Zone Ranji Trophy one-day cricket tie at the Chinnaswamy Stadium today.

Kerala were shot out for 84 runs in 39.4 overs with Test discard Dodda Ganesh taking 3-16. Needed 85 runs for a win in 50 overs, Karnataka got to the target in 20.1 overs losing three wickets.

PANAJI: A three wicket haul for 15 runs by left-arm spinner Venkatapathy Raju followed by a an 88-run partnership for the first wicket between Daniel Manohar (37) and Nanda Kishore (48 not out) helped Hyderabad register a nine-wicket win over Goa.

Hyderabad skittled out Goa for 133 in 39.1 overs and the visistors reached thier target in the 25.1 overs.
