Miffed with the Congress, the Shiv Sena today said that its two Union ministers will move the court against the party next week for making ‘‘unsubstantiated’’ allegations that they, along with four other Central ministers, were milking PSUs.

‘‘Our ministers — Subodh Mohite and Anant Geete — will move the court next week against Congress which has levelled baseless allegations that they were misusing the PSUs under their respective ministries,’’ Shiv Sena Parliamentary party leader Chandrakant Khaire told reporters here today.

While Mohite is Minister for Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises, Geete holds the Power portfolio.

Khaire was responding to questions after releasing the party’s manifesto for the Delhi Assembly election. The party is independently contesting 27 seats on its own in the December 1 polls. Incidentally, Mohite, who was also scheduled to address the press conference, was conspicuous by his absence.

Khaire said the allegations levelled by the Congress against six Union ministers was a ‘‘well-planned conspiracy’’ at a time when electioneering was at its peak in the four poll-bound states.

Meanwhile, in Raipur, Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee said none should question the credibility of the CBI and charged the Congress with indulging in character assasination of Union ministers for allegedly milking PSUs.
