  • The 79th competition of the Addicts Golfing Society will be held at the Bombay Presidency Golf Club on December 7 and 8, 1997. More than 300 golfers are expected to participate in the 18-hole Stable Ford competition. The event is being sponsored by Classic Stripes. The basis of this tournament is aginst bogey. There are 17 prizes in various age groups to be won.

    • District level carrom tournament

  • The Gowd Saraswat Brahman Sabha (GSBS) Sports Club will be organising a District Level Carrom tournament from 11th January 1998 at the GSBS Sports Club, next to SNDT College, RA Kidwai Road, King’s Circle. Entries will be accepted from December 24, 1997 to January 3rd, 1998 at the venue. For details contact 409 6739 between 5 & 7 p.m.y
