Vipin stars in title victory
A fine spell of bowling by Vipin Bhardwaj (4 for 17) and his excellent 79 helped Shankracharya Sports Club win the first Maharaja Agarsen (under-17) Cup beating Mount Fort School by 10 runs at Mount Fort School grounds.

Shankracharya Sports made 175 for six wickets in the alloted 40 overs. In reply, Mount Fort School were all out for 165 in 38 overs.

Ashirwad win
Ashirwad Club won the B-I division match of DDCA league prevailing over Alpine Club by 63 runs at Kotla 2. Raju Bhatti (41), I Banerjee (32) were the top scorers for the winners while Pradeep Bisth contributed 54 for the losers.

In another match, Little Master beat MTNL by 72 runs in division A-II at Yamuna sports complex. Umesh Kumar (73) was the main contributor for the winners while Ravinder Pawar made 51 for the losers.

All-round performance by Sanjay Rawat (48 n.o, 4 for 23) helped Media Transasia (A) beat Doordarshan by five wickets in Media Transasia Cup at Green Park. In another match, S.Prashad’s 5 for 30 and unbeaten 64 by Suresh enabled Capital Adv prevail over Maadhyam by five wickets.

DVB triumph
A stroke-filled 76 (6×4, 2×6) by Rahul Nigam and Surender Kumar (60: 6×6 off 55 balls) enabled Delhi Vidut Board triumph over SB Youth by 110 runs in the second Hari Singh Tyagi TYCA league match at Mohan Meakin grounds.
