The Rs 60,000 tournament is being sponsored by Kalyan Dombivli Municipal Corporation.S Sriram leads the men's seedings, followed by S Ramasawamy and BS Thakur. Chaitali Hate is the women's top seed, followed by Sonia Deshpande and Shruti Kanade.Rapid chess tournamentBombay Chess Association will organise 30 minutes per player Open Rapid chess tournament at the Zhandu Pharmaceutical Works Canteen from August 26.
