Should keep mouth shut when case in court, says ex-CJI Khare

• Justice V N Khare: Highly uncalled for and in bad taste on the part of the Chief Minister to rake up an issue that is under active consideration of the Supreme Court. Whether it’s contempt or not is to be seen but generally, everyone keeps his mouth shut when a court is seized of the matter
