He is in the news for a glittering party in Mumbai this past week to unveil before Bollywood Chirag Paswan, son of Union Minister for Chemicals and Fertilisers Ramvilas Paswan. So what’s new? For one, Saxena’s business is pharmaceuticals, leaving many to wonder if this foray into films is only to promote the minister’s son. Now, the rumour mill has it that Railway Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav’s son Tej Pratap too is eyeing a career on the silver screen and they are wisecracking that railway contractors are looking to diversify into filmmaking.
