A Division Bench of Justice Amit Talukdar and Justice Arun Kumar Bhattacharya on Wednesday turned down the bail plea of CPI(M) Zonal Committee Secretary Suhrid Dutta, one of the main accused in the murder of Tapasi Malik in Singur. Dutta was arrested by the CBI on June 28 for his alleged involvement in the murder of the Singur teenager whose charred body was found on December 18 from the Tata project site.
