MADURAI, June 18: Two persons have been arrested by the Central Excise officials who seized six kg. of heroin worth Rs 6 crore from them, here, following a tip off from the officials' Chennai counterparts. One of the arrested, a smuggler of spices, confessed that he was accosted by a Sri Lankan who asked him to push narcotics, and was paid for carrying the contraband.
