Former England opener Geoffrey Boycott expressed his happiness over Sourav Ganguly’s return in the Indian team. “It’s so nice to see the ‘Prince of Kolkata’ back in the India team,” said Boycott, who was in the city for a promotional event.
Boycott, who is a big fan of Ganguly said, “He is a good player and a tough cookie. He is mentally very strong. And I still believe that he was the best captain India have had for a very long while.”
However, Boycott was quick to point out that India have to improve if they want to do well in the World Cup in the Carribbeans.
