CALCUTTA, August 29: Mohameddan Sporting, who scraped past Punjab side Jagatjit Cotton Textile (JCT) Mills in the KBL Federation Cup football pre-quarter-final yesterday, meet another Punjab side in the quarter-final here tomorrow.
Punjab State Electricity Board (PSEB) may be considered minnows in domestic football, but their performance in the tournament so far has been encouraging.
Sporting were seeded directly into the pre-quarter-finals even though they have not been performing too well. Recently, however, they have been combining well and should start favourites.
