The Qantas airlines stewardess who claimed she rejected an amorous Ralph Fiennes on a flight to India has not only admitted seducing him and having sex with him in an aircraft lavatory, but also said they later met up in Mumbai, according to a London newspaper.
The Daily Mail reported that Lisa Robertson told friends “she was a big fan of the British actor and found herself luring him to the cubicle”. On being reported to the airline authorities by other crew members, she told her bosses that the 44-year-old actor had followed her into the lavatory and that she had convinced him to leave.
Apparently, after the plane landed in Mumbai shortly after 7 pm local time on January 24, Robertson, 38, travelled to the Grand Hyatt, where the Qantas crew was put up. Staff at the hotel confirmed to the Daily Mail yesterday that the crew had been booked in as usual that night. Robertson told Daily Mail that soon after Fiennes phoned her to say he wanted to see her again. They met at an undisclosed hotel and spent the night together.
Robertson is currently suspended without pay pending investigation. Reports have said Robertson, who was declared bankrupt three years ago, spent this week negotiating media deals to tell the story of her fling on flight QF123 and has gone into hiding.
