CHENNAI, June 20: Students who have applied to the Anna University through the single window system need not submit their original certificates at the time of counselling as directed in the information booklet. However, only the community certificate has to be original, and the copies of the mark sheet have to be attested. The students have been asked not to apply for a transfer certificate in colleges where they have already been admitted to, before or during the period of counselling.
