Tarlochan is best athlete

CHANDIGARH, Nov 20: Tarlochan Singh of Central Excise, Chandigarh was declared the best athlete in the Central Revenue Sub-Zone sports meet held at Sector 7 Sports Complex here today.

Kanwar Vinod Kumar of Chandigarh won the gold in the 100-metre dash in the men’s section.
