MUMBAI, JANUARY 13: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Bank of Madura (BoM) on Thursday signed an agreement to form a 50:50 joint venture company for offering off-shore software consultancy and services to global financial services sector. "The venture which will have a global marketing and operational base, will synergise TCS’ global presence," TCS CEO S Ramadorai said on Thursday.
