SAS NAGAR, Feb 25: A technical snag in the circuit breaker of 66-KV substation in the township left parts of S.A.S. Nagar and Chandigarh without power since Wednesday evening. Phases I to IV and parts of Phase X and Balaungi and surrounding areas were the worst hit. Water supply in certain parts of the township was also affected.

According to officials, the faults have been identified and work is on to rectify them. Supply will be restored from tomorrow.
