CHANDIGARH, Nov 18: The telephone enquiry services through 197 were affected throughout the day today, following a fault in the telecom department computer.The services were affected since morning and the fault could only be rectified at the close of office hours. Telecom officials said the fault was due to a computer virus, and it was because of this that consumers could not get the enquiry numbers.
