Tell us about your daily diet.
Breakfast is usually eggs and oatmeal. Lunch is regular home food – dal, roti, rice and sabzi. Dinner is either fish or chicken. I try to tone down on the carbohydrates at night. On weekends, I don’t follow a fixed diet and eat whatever I feel like.
What’s your exercise routine?
I exercise five times a week. I do a lot of cardio workout and some light-weight training.
What’s your favourite food?
I like grilled food and steaks. I’m not a gravy person. I also like pasta.
Is there anything you binge on?
I have a sweet tooth so I sometimes binge on dark chocolate. They’re less fattening than milk chocolates and healthier.
