NEW DELHI, AUG 22: The BJP wants to charter an Indian Airlines Airbus 320 to take its ministers and leaders to the party's national council meeting in Nagpur from August 26 to 28.The party apparently doesn't want to travel by the regular Alliance Air flight from Delhi to Nagpur because of its post-Patna reputation and has asked Civil Aviation Minister Sharad Yadav to spare an Airbus.Confirming this, Yadav told The Indian Express that he had forwarded the request to Indian Airlines authorities. ``It's a commercial company and will provide the aircraft if it can spare one. But the party will have to pay the entire cost in advance,'' Yadav said. However, he declined to specify what this cost would be. Neither did he comment on whether any regular IA service in any sector would be affected because of this.
