CHENNAI, Dec 30: A Tamil Nadu Coastal Zone Management Authority has been set up by the Centre under the Environment Protection Act. This follows a decision by the Environments Ministry to constitute a national authority for this purpose and supplement its with similar agencies in the coastal States.
