CHENNAI, July 29: The proposed Tamil Nadu Institute of Information Technology is to be linked to the Anna University at Chennai, while retaining its operational flexibility. The institute is to focus on IT and its applications, with the thrust on management. A three-year BSc course is likely to start in June next year.
