Bihar’s bureaucracy today came under fire from governor Buta Singh, who vent his anger over the poor condition of roads after he had to take a tractor to visit a flood-hit village in Muzaffarpur district.
‘‘No bureaucrat is working sincerely for the development of Bihar and so you see no roads existing here,’’ said Singh. He was to visit Janarh village in flood-hit Aurai block.
