Two-day conference kicks off

A two-day conference - International Anaesthesia & Critical Care Review (IACCR-2008)- being organised by Department of Anaesthesiology & Resuscitation, DMCH, in collaboration with the faculty from Mayo Clinics, Rochester, USA, began today at DMCH here.

A two-day conference – International Anaesthesia & Critical Care Review (IACCR-2008)- being organised by Department of Anaesthesiology & Resuscitation, DMCH, in collaboration with the faculty from Mayo Clinics, Rochester, USA, began today at DMCH here.

Organising Chairman Dr Sunil Katyal said that the conference will provide immense opportunities for interaction and sharing of experiences among the international and national participants.

In his welcome address, Organising Secretary Dr P L Gautam said that to keep pace with the changing needs of surgery and critical care units, the scientific programme has been blended with the latest interesting topics to fulfill the experience of PG students, teachers and practicing consultants.

The faculty, including Dr Hugh Smith, Dr Christopher Robards, Dr Christopher Duncan and Dr Lauren Torsher from Mayo Clinics, USA, trained the delegates.
