Two miscreants gunned down

Superintendent of Police Akhil Kumar. “The miscreants are yet to be identified,” he added.

Two revolvers were also recovered from the miscreants. The bodies of the duo were sent for postmortem.

Circle Officer, Mahanagar, Rahul Srivastava said: “After the miscreants shot at the policemen, the Hasanganj police personnel, who had received the information about them tried to stop them. When they did not stop and instead fired at the policemen, the latter shot back and the youths were killed in the crossfire.”
