Apart from looting jewellery shops, the gang also took a fancy to Titan watches. Four showrooms were burgled in Tilak Nagar, Kirti Nagar, Rajouri Garden and Dabri. The watches worth Rs 15 lakh that were stolen, were allegedly disposed of in Gwalior. When not using the Tata tempo, Joga, his brother-in-law Rajesh alias Biru and cousin Sonu, would travel around on motorbikes and scooters, snatching chains from passersby.
