
NEW DELHI, May 18: Another Vashist has made an entry in local table tennis circles. Following in the footsteps of his father Ravi Vashist and uncle Sanjay Vashist, Udit beat Deepak Babbar of Haryana 21-10, 21-14 to enter the third round in sub-junior boys singles in Salora Delhi Summer Open Table Tennis Tournament at the Talkatora Indoor Stadium here on Monday.
In boys singles second round, Vikram Ghugtityal took three games before prevailing upon Prabhat Agarwal 21-19, 17-21, 23-21.
